JEDA Issues $134.6 Million Bond for Construction, Improvements, Refinancing at Rolling Green Village

Greenville, SC — Greenville County

The South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority (JEDA) has issued $134,635,000 tax-exempt bonds for refinancing, improvements and new construction at Rolling Green Village in Greenville.

The Health Facilities Revenue and Revenue Refunding Bonds will be used to finance the construction of an additional 120 new independent and assisted units, finance capital improvements and replacement of equipment and fixtures, plus various amenities at the continuum of care retirement community. Additionally, proceeds will refund the Series 2024 JEDA bonds which previously financed the pre-development costs of the above-referenced Project. 

Rolling Green Village Facilities

Rolling Green Village is located on a 175-acre campus at 1 Hoke Smith Blvd in Greenville.
