2023 Annual Report
During this past fiscal year, which ended on June 30, 2023, JEDA served as conduit issuer in 18 financings totaling more than $939.5 Million, benefitting borrowers in 8 counties. In addition to helping advance the various local communities by creating temporary construction jobs, these financings contributed to the creation and retention of thousands of jobs.
